Hypnotherapy
Working With the Mind Beneath the Surface
Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis with therapeutic and personal-development techniques to explore thoughts, patterns, responses and personal goals.
Hypnosis is not being unconscious or asleep. It is a focused state of awareness in which you can engage more deeply with your own thoughts and inner experiences.
You remain an active participant throughout the process.
What Happens During Hypnosis?
Depending on your needs, a session may include:
- Discussion of your goals
- Explanation of hypnosis
- Suggestibility work
- Hypnotic induction
- Deepening
- Guided therapeutic work
- Suggestions, imagery or regression techniques
- Integration and closing
The process is tailored to you.
You Do the Work
I guide you through the process, but your participation is essential.
You remain able to communicate and make choices throughout the session.

Past Life Regression Therapy
Exploring the Stories Beneath the Present
Have you ever experienced a fear or emotion that seems difficult to explain?
Past Life Regression Therapy offers a structured way to explore experiences that may arise beyond ordinary conscious awareness.
From my spiritual perspective, the soul may experience more than one lifetime, and experiences from those lifetimes may sometimes feel connected to issues in our present life.
Regression is not about forcing yourself to remember something. It is about allowing your experience to unfold naturally.
What Might You Experience?
Everyone experiences regression differently.
You may experience:
- Images
- Emotions
- Sensations
- Memories or impressions
- Stories or narratives
- Places or people
- Symbolic experiences
- Experiences you understand as belonging to another lifetime
There is no specific experience you are expected to have.
The Goal Is Not Curiosity Alone
Past Life Regression is not offered simply as entertainment or to discover “who you were.”
The focus is on a meaningful present-life issue that you genuinely want to explore.
The question is not only:
“Who was I?”
It is:
“What can this experience help me understand about my life today?”
Your Regression Journey
Session 1 — Positive Reconnection
We establish the foundation for the work and connect with positive internal resources. The goal here is to access positive resources that help you feel more confident and comfortable for the second session, where we explore the real issue.
Session 2 — Accessing Key Emotions & Events
We explore experiences and emotions that may be connected to the issue you brought to the process. Our goal here is to go into those negative emotions so we can rise above them and heal from them.
Session 3 — Therapeutic Resolution
We work with what has emerged and move toward understanding, resolution and integration. The goal of this session is healing and therapeutic resolution.
Note: In some cases, if your issue is connected to multiple events or lifetimes and you would like to explore further, we can have up to a total of 5 sessions. These additional sessions are completely optional and are solely your decision if you would like to continue exploring.
You Are Always in Control
You remain an active participant throughout regression.
You can communicate with me, ask questions and choose to stop if you become uncomfortable.
A Note About Past-Life Experiences
Past-life experiences are subjective experiences and are not presented as scientifically or historically verified facts.
The focus is on personal exploration, meaning and resolution rather than proving historical events.
