Your Journey

A Thoughtful Process From Beginning to Session

Before scheduling sessions, we first make sure this work is appropriate for you.

1

Step 1 — Complete the Intake Form

Complete the intake form and provide honest information about the issue you would like to explore.

2

Step 2 — I Review Your Intake

I personally review every intake form to determine whether my approach may be appropriate for you.

3

Step 3 — 90-Minute Complimentary Interview

If appropriate, I will invite you to a 90-minute complimentary interview.

We will:

  • Discuss your concerns and goals
  • Review your intake information
  • Answer your questions
  • Explain the process
  • Discuss which approach may be suitable
  • Determine whether we are a good fit

The interview also gives you the opportunity to decide whether you feel comfortable working with me.

4

Step 4 — Begin Your Core Sessions

If we decide to move forward, you can book the three core sessions.

3 Core Sessions — $150 CAD total

Each session is approximately 90–120 minutes.

The Three Core Sessions

  • Session 1 — Positive Reconnection
Building the foundation and connecting with positive internal resources.
  • Session 2 — Accessing Key Emotions & Events
Exploring experiences and emotions connected with your issue.
  • Session 3 — Therapeutic Resolution
Working with what has emerged and moving toward resolution and integration.

What If Three Sessions Are Not Enough?

In some cases, additional exploration may be appropriate.

The process can extend to a maximum of five sessions, but Sessions 4 and 5 are optional.

You decide whether you want to continue.

Note: Online Sessions

All sessions take place online through Zoom.

You will need:

  • Reliable internet
  • A working camera
  • A good-quality headset with microphone
  • A private, quiet and comfortable space
  • To be ready approximately 5 minutes before your session

Attendance & Cancellation

Please arrive on time and be ready at least five minutes before your session.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled without the required notice are non-refundable.

Is This Work Right for You?

Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy are not suitable for everyone.

That is why we begin with an intake form and conversation rather than immediately booking a session.

This Work May Be Suitable If:

  • You have a meaningful issue you want to explore.
  • You are open to looking beyond your current assumptions.
  • You are willing to participate actively.
  • You understand that results cannot be guaranteed.
  • You are interested in personal exploration and insight.

This Work May Not Be Appropriate If:

  • You are seeking regression only for entertainment.
  • You expect a specific experience or answer.
  • You are unwilling to remain open to what may emerge.
  • You cannot participate fully in an online session.
  • You cannot provide a private and appropriate environment.
  • A healthcare professional has advised you not to participate in hypnosis.

An Open Mind Is Important

You may already have an idea about why something is happening in your life.

That is okay.

However, it is important to remain open to what your own experience reveals rather than expecting the session to confirm a specific explanation.

If you are receiving medical or mental-health care and are unsure whether hypnosis is appropriate for you, please speak with your healthcare professional.

The Interview Is Also About Compatibility

The complimentary interview gives both of us an opportunity to decide whether this work is appropriate and whether we are comfortable working together.

There is no obligation to continue after the interview.

A good client-practitioner relationship is built on trust, respect, openness and appropriate boundaries.

What To Expect

Before Your First Session

After you submit your intake form, you may be invited to a 90-minute complimentary interview.

We will discuss your concerns, expectations and whether hypnotherapy or Past Life Regression Therapy is appropriate for you.

You can also ask any questions you have about hypnosis or the process.

During Your Session

Sessions take place online through Zoom and generally last 90–120 minutes.

You should be in a private, quiet and comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.

Depending on your session, the process may include:

  • Preparation
  • Pre-talk
  • Setting your intention
  • Suggestibility work
  • Hypnotic induction
  • Deepening
  • Guided exploration
  • Regression work where appropriate
  • Resolution and integration
  • Closing and reflection

The exact process depends on your individual needs.

What Hypnosis Feels Like

Hypnosis feels different for everyone.

You may feel deeply relaxed and focused, or notice changes in your attention, imagery or bodily sensations.

You remain able to communicate and participate throughout the process.

After Your Session

If possible, give yourself some quiet time after your session.

You may wish to journal, reflect on your experience or simply allow yourself time to process what arose.

Not everything needs to be understood immediately. Sometimes clarity develops with time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be unconscious during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware, involved and able to communicate.

Can you control me while I am hypnotized?

No. I guide the process, but you remain an active participant and can choose to stop.

What if I cannot be hypnotized?

People experience hypnosis differently. We can discuss your questions and expectations during your complimentary interview. Everyone is capable of being hypnotized; in fact, we naturally hypnotize ourselves every day.

Do I have to believe in past lives?

No. My approach includes a spiritual perspective, but you do not have to share my beliefs.

Will I definitely see a past life?

No. Experiences vary. You may experience images, emotions, sensations, impressions or narratives. However, it is important to remember that the goal is to address a specific issue and work toward healing, rather than simply satisfying curiosity about who you may have been in a past life or what may have happened.

What if my experience doesn't look like a past life?

That is okay. Experiences may appear through imagery, emotions, stories or symbolic experiences. We explore what emerges rather than forcing an interpretation.

Do I need to know why I have my issue?

No. You can come without knowing the cause. An open mind is more important than having an answer beforehand.

Can I stop a session?

Yes. You can communicate with me and choose to stop if you become uncomfortable.

How long are the sessions?

The three core sessions are approximately 90–120 minutes each.

How much does the three-session program cost?

The three core sessions are $150 CAD total.

Do I have to book five sessions?

No. The core program consists of three sessions. Additional sessions may be considered when appropriate, up to a maximum of five, but they are optional.

Are all sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are conducted through Zoom.

What do I need for an online session?

A reliable internet connection, working camera, good-quality headset with microphone, and a private, quiet space.

Can I come just because I am curious about a past life?

The work is not intended as entertainment. I work with clients who have a meaningful issue they want to explore. If you are not sure whether your issue is appropriate, you can complete the intake form and send it to me by email. I will then review it and let you know whether we will proceed with an interview session.

Can I book a session immediately?

No. Everyone begins with the intake process. If appropriate, we will proceed with a complimentary interview session.

The interview does not guarantee acceptance for the three core sessions. It is another opportunity for both you and me to determine whether we are a suitable fit to work together.

Once I confirm that we can move forward, you can book the three core sessions.

Is Past Life Regression Therapy suitable for everyone?

No. Suitability is discussed during the intake and interview session.

Does this work guarantee healing?

No. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

Can this replace medical or mental-health treatment?

No. These services are not a replacement for appropriate medical or mental-health care. If you are receiving professional care, discuss whether hypnosis is appropriate with your healthcare provider.
